Profile Picture:

You can upload a profile picture for your business here, whether it may be your company logo, a picture of you or anything in between. Please be aware that inappropriate or offensive images are not allowed and will be removed. If your image is bigger than 300×350 it will be centred to fit the container so make sure what you want to appear is towards the middle of your image.
About Me:

Pretty straight forward, just enter your business details in the respective fields. You can also enter a “Tagline” for you business (optional) and as much information about your business as you like in the “Biography” section. If you are having trouble formatting the bio section how you would like just shoot us an email and we’ll be more than happy to help you get it right.
Contact Details:

Again, pretty self explanatory. Just fill in your details in the relevant fields.
Address:

Fill in your details in the relevant fields. Your address should auto-complete and locate your address on the map but if it doesn’t just click on the “Find address on map” button and it should take care of it.
You should also be able to set a “Radius for service area” to cover the area your business services and whether you offer your services from your own location only, customers location only or both.
Social Media Links:
Just add any social media links you have in the relevant fields
Password Update:
You can change or update your password at any time
Category:
You can choose or change the business category your business belongs to at any time. If you are on one of our premium packages you will be able to choose more than one category to be listed under. If you do have multiple categories be sure to set the primary category that you want to be listed under as this helps if you decide to move back to our Standard Package which only allows a single category.
If you don’t see a category that suits your business just send us an email and we’ll set one up for you
Cover Image:
If you are on one of our premium packages you can set your own cover image which will appear at the top of your profile page and help your business stand out
Gallery Images:
You can include and change any images you want to use to help promote your business here. If you are on one of our premium packages then you can add multiple images to better showcase your products and services.
Attachments:
A great way to help promote your business is with downloadable documents like menus, price lists, brochures, tips and tricks and many more. If you have any documents you would like your customers to be able to download you can include them here.
Embed Video:
If you have Youtube or Vimeo videos of your products and services that you would like to include to help promote your business then you can include them here. Just copy and paste the links and you’re good to go.
Business Hours:
On the side menu you’ll see an option to set your business hours if applicable.
Our Branches:
If you are on our Gold Package then you will have the option of adding more locations for your business. Just fill in the details of each of your branches and they’ll be listed on your profile
